Instructions
- Start by cutting your sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat butter in a skillet and sear the steak until golden brown, then remove and keep warm.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese to create a creamy sauce.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then combine with the sauce.
- Add the seared steak back to the skillet and mix gently to combine.
