Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and cut the puff pastry into a Christmas tree shape.
- Make horizontal cuts in the pastry, keeping the base intact.
- Lift every other strip and layer with cranberry sauce, brie, cranberries, and pistachios.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
- Cool slightly, drizzle with honey, and garnish with thyme.
