Description

The Golden Holiday Crescent Wreath with Brie and Cranberry is a stunning centerpiece that captures the essence of seasonal celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons coarse sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Begin your culinary adventure by preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. With your oven preheating, take your small oven-safe bowl and place it upside down in the center of the lined baking sheet.
  3. Now it’s time for the flavorful part! On each wide, overlapping section of the crescent dough triangles, place a small piece of Brie cheese, followed by a spoonful of the whole-berry cranberry sauce.
  4. To complete the wreath’s look, take the pointed end of each triangle and fold it over the filling, tucking it under the wide end in the center.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and 1 tablespoon of water.
  6. Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is deeply golden brown and puffed.
  7. Once baked, allow your wreath to cool for about 5 minutes.
