Description
The Golden Holiday Crescent Wreath with Brie and Cranberry is a stunning centerpiece that captures the essence of seasonal celebrations.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons coarse sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Begin your culinary adventure by preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- With your oven preheating, take your small oven-safe bowl and place it upside down in the center of the lined baking sheet.
- Now it’s time for the flavorful part! On each wide, overlapping section of the crescent dough triangles, place a small piece of Brie cheese, followed by a spoonful of the whole-berry cranberry sauce.
- To complete the wreath’s look, take the pointed end of each triangle and fold it over the filling, tucking it under the wide end in the center.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and 1 tablespoon of water.
- Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is deeply golden brown and puffed.
- Once baked, allow your wreath to cool for about 5 minutes.
