  • 4 large flatbreads or tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas (160 g / 5.6 oz)
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled (3.5 oz)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Grill Pan: Heat your grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the Zucchini: Slice zucchini into strips and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the Zucchini: Cook zucchini slices for 2–3 minutes on each side until tender.

  5. Warm the Tortillas: Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for pliability.
