Instructions
- Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, powdered sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix with a spatula until sticky and well combined.
- Chill the Mixture: Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Shape the Bites: Roll the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Firm Up in the Refrigerator: Chill for at least 30 minutes to hold their shape.
- Coat with White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate and dip each bite until fully coated.
- Add the Raspberry “Blood” Drizzle: Drizzle warmed raspberry jam over each bite.
- Add Garnishes: Optionally, decorate with slivered almonds or candy eyes before the chocolate sets.
