- 0.33 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 4 teaspoons sugar-free banana cream flavor instant pudding mix
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk
- 3 whole sugar-free vanilla wafers, crushed
- 0.5 medium banana, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the Protein Custard: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, sugar-free banana cream flavor pudding mix, and unsweetened almond milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more almond milk if needed.
- Build the First Layer: Divide half of the crushed vanilla wafers between two jars.
- Add the Banana Layer: Layer banana slices on top of the crushed wafers.
- Add the Custard Layer: Spoon half of the custard over the banana slices in each jar.
- Repeat the Layering: Add remaining wafers, banana slices, and custard on top.
