  • 0.33 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4 teaspoons sugar-free banana cream flavor instant pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 whole sugar-free vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 0.5 medium banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Protein Custard: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, sugar-free banana cream flavor pudding mix, and unsweetened almond milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more almond milk if needed.
  2. Build the First Layer: Divide half of the crushed vanilla wafers between two jars.
  3. Add the Banana Layer: Layer banana slices on top of the crushed wafers.
  4. Add the Custard Layer: Spoon half of the custard over the banana slices in each jar.
