Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven warms up, take an 8×8 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, pour in your melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Using a whisk, combine these ingredients until smooth and creamy. Next, add in your two large eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Now add your dry ingredients. Sift together the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently mix until just combined.
  4. Carefully pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Spoon dollops of Nutella and Biscoff spread onto the surface of the brownie batter and gently swirl into the batter.
  5. Place your baking pan in the preheated oven and let the brownies bake for about 25–30 minutes.
  6. Once baked, cool the brownies completely in the pan. Cut into squares and sprinkle with heart-shaped sprinkles if desired.
