  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 23 tablespoons heavy cream (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cake Batter: Preheat the oven. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg whites, white chocolate, and vanilla. Combine dry and wet ingredients alternately.
  2. Bake the Cake Layers: Divide batter into pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then on a rack.
