- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional for drizzle)
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional for drizzle)
Instructions
- Start off by mixing your graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir them together until the mixture resembles wet sand. Firmly press the mixture into the base of your springform pan and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- For the chocolate layer, combine the chocolate chips with the heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the chilled crust.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the chocolate layer. Pour caramel sauce over the top and smooth with a spatula.
- For final touch, melt some chocolate chips with a tablespoon of heavy cream and drizzle over the topping. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
