  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional for drizzle)
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Start off by mixing your graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir them together until the mixture resembles wet sand. Firmly press the mixture into the base of your springform pan and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  2. For the chocolate layer, combine the chocolate chips with the heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the chilled crust.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the chocolate layer. Pour caramel sauce over the top and smooth with a spatula.
  5. For final touch, melt some chocolate chips with a tablespoon of heavy cream and drizzle over the topping. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
