Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, begin by whisking together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and chili powder.
  2. Next, preheat your skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. After the shrimp have turned pink, pour your prepared sauce over them and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and glazed.

Notes

You can use frozen shrimp; just thaw them first. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
