Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 100g Brie cheese, sliced or spreadable
- ½ cup fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Flour, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly dust your work surface with flour and unroll the puff pastry. Roll it out gently with a rolling pin to smooth any creases.
- Spread the Brie evenly across the pastry, scatter the blackberries, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle rosemary.
- Roll the pastry into a tight log and slice into approximately 1-inch wide swirls.
- Place swirls on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Ensure your Brie cheese is at room temperature for easy spreading. Cut large blackberries in half for even flavor distribution.
