- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 6 maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate or chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your brownie batter according to the package instructions or your preferred homemade recipe. Pour into a greased or parchment-lined springform pan.
- Bake for approximately 20–25 minutes, then cool completely.
- Reduce oven to 325°F (160°C) and beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, then incorporate eggs one at a time, and fold in heavy cream.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled brownie base and smooth the top.
- Prepare a water bath and bake for 50–60 minutes, until just set.
- Cool slowly for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve topped with whipped cream, fudge sauce, chopped chocolate, and cherries.
