Ingredients

- 2 slices of sturdy bread (white, sourdough, or Texas toast)
- 2–4 slices of cheese (cheddar, Havarti, provolone, Swiss, or mozzarella)
- Butter or mayonnaise, for spreading
Instructions
- To get started, take your slices of bread and spread a thin layer of butter or mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
- Once your bread is spread with butter or mayo, place one slice in the air fryer basket with the spread-side down.
- Now that your sandwich is assembled, carefully place it in the preheated air fryer. Cook at 370°F for about 4 minutes.
Notes
Use firm slices of bread to prevent them from falling apart when flipping.
