Ingredients
Scale
- 6 large jalapeños, halved and seeds removed (90 g)
- 100 g Brie cheese, cut into small cubes (3.5 oz)
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (40 g)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml / 20 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (0.5 g)
- Optional: fresh thyme leaves for garnish (2 g)
Instructions
- Begin your culinary adventure by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This step is crucial as it allows for even cooking for your jalapeño poppers.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Brie cheese cubes, cream cheese, honey, and black pepper. Use a fork or a spatula to mix the ingredients together until the mixture is nice and smooth.
- Take your six large jalapeños and slice them in half lengthwise. Be sure to remove the seeds, as they can be quite spicy!
- With the cheese mixture prepared, it’s time to fill those jalapeño halves. Scoop an ample amount of the Brie and cream cheese mixture into each half.
- Now, place the stuffed jalapeños on your prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12–15 minutes.
Notes
Ensure your jalapeños are of similar size for even cooking.
