Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking dish.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Stir wet and dry ingredients together carefully.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Spread batter in baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.

These bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or frozen for longer storage.
