Ingredients

- 200 g of plain butter biscuits, crushed
- 100 g of unsalted butter, melted
- 400 ml of heavy cream
- 200 g of cream cheese, softened
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 150 g of caramel sauce
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes.
- Combine crushed butter biscuits with melted butter and press into serving glasses.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, and fold in whipped cream.
- Layer cream mixture over biscuit base and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best taste, chill overnight and serve with fresh toppings.
