Ingredients

  • 200 g of plain butter biscuits, crushed
  • 100 g of unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 ml of heavy cream
  • 200 g of cream cheese, softened
  • 80 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 150 g of caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes.
  2. Combine crushed butter biscuits with melted butter and press into serving glasses.
  3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, and fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer cream mixture over biscuit base and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
