- 4 ounces (113g) unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
- ¼ cup (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ⅓ cups (162g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup Christmas M&Ms
- ¼ cup Christmas Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
- Melt the unsalted butter and chopped baking chocolate in a large mixing bowl in the microwave until fully combined.
- Mix in the granulated sugar, then crack in the eggs and add the vanilla extract and salt, whisking until smooth.
- Sprinkle the cocoa powder and flour over the mixture, folding gently until just combined.
- Spread the batter into the pan and top with Christmas M&Ms and sprinkles.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs and cool before slicing into bars.
