Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the large egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients.
  5. Prepare the cheesecake filling by whisking together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
