- 2½ cups mild shredded cheddar cheese, divided (1 cup and 1½ cups)
- 12 count sweet Hawaiian Rolls, sliced in half
- 6 tablespoons salted sweet cream butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives

- Prepare the Mixture: Start by gathering your softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add the dry ranch dressing mix, onion powder, black pepper, and thinly sliced green onions. Using a spatula or mixer, blend these ingredients together until you get a smooth, uniform mixture.
- Combine with Chicken and Bacon: Next, fold in the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon into the cream cheese mixture until thoroughly mixed. Then, fold in 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Lay the bottom halves of your Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet. Spread the creamy chicken mixture over each roll and sprinkle the remaining 1½ cups of cheddar cheese over the filling.
- Add the Finishing Touch: Mix the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and chopped chives. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
