- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Start by allowing the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Once the cream cheese has softened, take a large mixing bowl and combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Fold in the chopped hard-boiled eggs, shredded cheddar, chopped chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika into the creamy mixture.
- Transfer the blended mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
- Place the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Once finished, take it out of the oven, let it rest for about 5 minutes, and garnish with additional chives.
