- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches in syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Begin by greasing a 12-cup muffin tin with melted butter.
- Pour about ½ tablespoon of melted butter into each muffin cup.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Pour approximately 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin cup.
- Place 1 to 2 peach slices into each cup, including some syrup.
- Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top of each mini cobbler.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
