  • 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon maple extract
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 36 pecan halves (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Begin by creaming the room-temperature butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer.
  2. While your dough is resting, take three mini muffin pans and generously spray them with cooking spray or line them with mini muffin papers.
