- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1½ cups dry roasted cocktail peanuts
Instructions
- To begin, line two baking sheets with wax paper.
- In a large heat-safe mixing bowl, combine the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips along with the vegetable oil.
- Once the chocolate has cooled down a bit, gently fold in the miniature marshmallows and dry roasted cocktail peanuts.
- Using a 1½ tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Now, the hardest part: letting the clusters chill!
Notes
Ensure the chocolate isn’t too hot when adding marshmallows to prevent melting them.
