Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp raspberry preserves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the pastry.
  2. Assemble the brie bites by placing cheese in pastry squares and adding pistachios.
  3. Wrap the pastry around the brie and brush with egg wash.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Prepare raspberry honey glaze while baking.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use triple crème brie instead of regular brie.
