Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the pastry.
- Assemble the brie bites by placing cheese in pastry squares and adding pistachios.
- Wrap the pastry around the brie and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare raspberry honey glaze while baking.
- Garnish and serve with glaze.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use triple crème brie instead of regular brie.
