Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup holiday M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates
- 1/2 cup chopped caramel candies
- 1/4 cup toffee bits
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it heats up, grab your 9×13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to help remove the bars later.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using a whisk, mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Next, add the two room-temperature eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually incorporate this dry mixture into your wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, holiday M&M’s, chopped caramel candies, toffee bits, and optional nuts.
- Transfer the cookie dough into your prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Pop the baking pan into your preheated oven, cooking for about 25 to 30 minutes. You’ll know when they are ready!
Notes
