- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lay down parchment paper in your 9×13-inch baking tin.
- Cream the softened butter with the granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then fold in vanilla extract.
- Blend flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Fold these into the creamy mixture.
- Spread crushed graham crackers across the bottom of your baking pan, then pour the brownie batter on top and smooth it out.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Remove the pan and sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top. Broil for 1–2 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares.
Notes
For a chewier texture, slightly underbake the brownies and let them continue setting while cooling.
