  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oven and muffin tin by preheating to 375°F and lining the tin with paper liners or coating with non-stick spray.
  2. Craft the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
