- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons peach juice (from canned peaches)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream to butter mixture. Fold in peaches.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, turn onto a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with peach glaze.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for a better mixture.
