Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and packed brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Carefully add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely, then cut into squares.
