Description

A delightful dessert that combines the rich flavors of white chocolate and the crunch of pistachios in a moist blondie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and packed brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Carefully add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely, then cut into squares.
