  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Lemon zest curls for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until they are thoroughly combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix again. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add the sour cream and lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is blended.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese batter over the crust, add lemon curd and blueberries, then layer the remaining batter. Swirl to create marbling.
  5. Bake for about 45-50 minutes. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Be sure to use softened cream cheese for a smooth batter. Cooling the cheesecake gradually helps prevent cracking.
