Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 10-inch bundt pan with butter, dusting it with flour.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl, then gradually add to the wet ingredients alternately with the lemon-lime soda.
- Fold in the lemon and lime zest.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 70-75 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with lemon and lime juice and drizzle over the cooled cake.
