- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Combine crumbled brownies with melted butter and mix thoroughly. Press into the bottom of each lined muffin cup to form a dense base.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until creamy. Spoon over brownie base.
- Mix brown sugar and flour in a small bowl, add cubed cold butter, blend until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheesecake layer.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 18-20 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and additional vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Pipe over cups, drizzle with caramel sauce, and chocolate syrup.
Notes
For a crispier crumb topping, bake it separately and sprinkle it just before serving. Customize toppings and flavors to your taste.
