Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Incorporate vanilla extract and lemon zest.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
