  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then blend in vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, flatten slightly, and make indentations for lemon curd.
  7. Fill each indentation with lemon curd.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and cool on a wire rack.
  9. For the drizzle, melt white chocolate with heavy cream, then drizzle over cooled cookies.
