  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour four 8-inch cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
