These Magic Pecan Cheesecake Bars bring together the rich flavors of cheesecake, chocolate, and crunchy pecans for a decadent treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the baking dish.
  3. Whip cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well and pour over the crust.
  4. Heat heavy cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth, then pour over cheesecake layer.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over ganache, top with coconut and pecans, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.
