- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the baking dish.
- Whip cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well and pour over the crust.
- Heat heavy cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth, then pour over cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over ganache, top with coconut and pecans, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is softened for best results. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days.
