This vibrant, one-pan dish brings together tender chicken, fresh zucchini, and cherry tomatoes with bold flavors of feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- 2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Arrange zucchini, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives around the chicken.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until chicken is 165°F. Sprinkle feta on top before the last few minutes. Serve hot.

Ensure zucchini slices are even; adjust time for bone-in chicken.
