Ingredients

  • For the Whipped Feta:
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • For the Pita Chips:
  • 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Board Add-Ons:
  • Kalamata olives
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber slices
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Marinated artichoke hearts
  • Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cut the pita breads into triangles. Lay them on a baking sheet without overlapping. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  2. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic clove, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Taste and add black pepper if desired. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Assemble your board by placing whipped feta in the center, surrounded by pita chips. Add kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and other add-ons around for a colorful presentation. Serve immediately or chill until serving.

You can prepare the whipped feta and chips a day ahead and assemble before serving.
