- For the Whipped Feta:
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Black pepper, to taste
- For the Pita Chips:
- 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Board Add-Ons:
- Kalamata olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber slices
- Roasted red peppers
- Marinated artichoke hearts
- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or oregano)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cut the pita breads into triangles. Lay them on a baking sheet without overlapping. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic clove, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Taste and add black pepper if desired. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Assemble your board by placing whipped feta in the center, surrounded by pita chips. Add kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and other add-ons around for a colorful presentation. Serve immediately or chill until serving.

You can prepare the whipped feta and chips a day ahead and assemble before serving.
