Instructions
- Begin by placing the hummus and tzatziki into small serving bowls. Position these bowls on your large platter as the base of your mezze spread.
- Next, thoughtfully arrange the marinated olives, roasted red pepper strips, marinated artichoke hearts, and sun-dried tomatoes around the dips. Make sure to leave some space in between each ingredient.
- Add the fresh cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes to the platter.
- Fill the platter with pita chips or wedges, ensuring there is plenty for dipping into those delectable sauces. Sprinkle the toasted nuts over the platter for added crunch and garnish generously with fresh herbs.
