Melted Snowman Chocolate Bark

  • Author: Alioui
  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

This festive treat is not only visually appealing but also incredibly simple to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate or candy melts
  • 8 mini peanut butter cups, halved
  • 16 candy eyes
  • 8 orange sprinkles or small orange candies (for noses)
  • Parchment paper for lining

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Baking Sheet: Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. This simple step will prevent the chocolate from sticking, making it easier to remove once set. Ensure you also have your decorations organized and ready to go, as you will need to work quickly once the chocolate is melted.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate or candy melts. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each session until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Create Snowman Bases: Spoon generous blobs of the melted chocolate onto the prepared parchment paper, spreading them into irregular ovals resembling puddles.
  4. Decorate Your Snowmen: Quickly place a halved peanut butter cup on each chocolate puddle to act as the snowman’s hat. Follow this by adding two candy eyes and an orange sprinkle or candy as the nose.
  5. Let It Set: Leave the decorated chocolate to set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes. Alternatively, you can place the tray in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes.
  6. Break & Serve: Once the bark has set and is firm to the touch, gently peel it off the parchment paper. Break it into individual snowman pieces for serving, or package them beautifully to share with loved ones!

Notes

Ensure that no water gets into your chocolate while melting, as it can seize the chocolate.
