Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (plus extra for garnish)
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Extra chopped chives, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. To start, place the eggs in a large pot and cover them with cold water. Set your stove to medium-high heat, bringing the water to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from the heat, and let it sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs into a bowl filled with ice water for at least five minutes to cool.
  3. Once the eggs are cool, gently crack the shells and rinse them under running water.
  4. Carefully slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  5. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Fold in chopped fresh chives.
  7. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or small spoon.
  8. Garnish with paprika and extra chives before serving.
