Instructions
- Start by carefully cutting the chilled wheel of Brie into small triangular wedges resembling tiny Christmas trees. Aim for uniformity to enhance the visual appeal of your bites.
- In a medium bowl, combine the finely chopped candied pecans, roughly chopped dried cranberries, and freshly chopped parsley.
- Next, place each Brie triangle on a parchment-lined tray. Drizzle a small amount of honey over each piece, and then spoon the mixture on top of each triangle.
- Take your small pretzel sticks and gently insert one into the base of each Brie triangle.
- Finally, place the assembled Brie bites in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
