- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until incorporated.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle on a floured surface.
- Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture into the center of each biscuit circle, then bring the edges together and seal.
- Place on a baking sheet, coat tops with melted butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving, drizzling with ranch and sprinkling with parsley.
