Description

A delightful no-bake treat combining rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1012 oz chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (half semi-sweet, half milk chocolate recommended)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking dish by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the creamy peanut butter, melted unsalted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until smooth, then gradually stir in the powdered sugar.
  3. Press the dough into the baking dish and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Cut out tree shapes with a cookie cutter and freeze again for 45–60 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate and dip each tree, tapping off excess chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate until set and enjoy!

Notes

To avoid chocolate clumping, manage the temperature of both the chocolate and trees during dipping.
