Description

Nori Salted Crispy Broccoli is a quick, delicious snack that combines the savory flavor of nori with perfectly roasted broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed), finely crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread broccoli on baking sheet and roast for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed nori and toss gently. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra crispy finish, keep the oven door slightly open during the last few minutes of roasting.
