- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8.8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce
Instructions
- In your large pot, place the chicken cubes at the bottom, then add broccoli florets, penne pasta, and finally pour in the chicken broth.
- Turn the heat to medium-high and bring to a vigorous boil, then reduce to a simmer while leaving uncovered, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente.
- Remove from heat, stir in the Thai peanut sauce, and serve immediately.
