Description
A delicious fusion dessert combining Oreo flavors with cheesecake in a fun sushi roll form.
Ingredients
Scale
- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to soft peaks)
- Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
- Extra crushed Oreos
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and milk. Stir together until a soft, moldable blend forms.
- Take a sheet of plastic wrap and lay it flat on your countertop. Transfer the Oreo mixture onto it and flatten into a thin rectangle — about 8 inches by 10 inches.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly across the Oreo layer, leaving a small border at one edge. Roll it tightly, sushi-style, using the plastic wrap for support.
- Wrap the roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour. Once chilled, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with extra crushed Oreos before slicing and serving.
