  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
  3. Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl, then coat the potatoes.
  4. Arrange wedges on the baking sheet, skin side down, and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
