- 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut potatoes into wedges, place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
- Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl, then coat the potatoes.
- Arrange wedges on the baking sheet, skin side down, and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Garnish and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
