- 8 sheets phyllo pastry (or spring roll wrappers)
- 6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (or flax egg for vegan option)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- ¼ cup honey
- ½–1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Lay out one sheet of phyllo pastry or a spring roll wrapper and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place crumbled feta cheese on one end, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Place each roll seam-side down on a tray, brush tops with olive oil.
- Bake in preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Warm honey with chili flakes in a saucepan, then drizzle over baked rolls.
Notes
Make sure to use phyllo pastry within its use-by date; flax egg can be a vegan substitute.
