  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until combined.
  4. Mix in the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add almond milk and stir until well mixed.
  6. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Distribute the mixture into muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool slightly before removing from the tin.
